With a commanding first place finish at the second Capcom Pro Tour World Warrior Japan tournament this past weekend, after finishing second in the first tournament in May, Hikaru claimed the top World Warrior ranking spot in Japan, and a spot on the ENC roster, by a hefty margin. He now joins a stacked team representing Japan in Street Fighter 6 at ENC 2026, who will enter the tournament as a strong favorite.
With the rosters for the full field in Street Fighter 6 nearly finalized, and with invites and qualifiers for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves sent out, a small handful of players will represent their country or territory in both tournaments. XiaoHai, ZJZ, and Xian will take to the stage in both fighting game titles, making history on behalf of their respective countries and territories.
The Street Fighter 6 tournament at ENC will begin on November 18 and will conclude with the Grand Final on November 22. The first stage will be a 24-team round-robin group stage featuring four groups of six teams. The top four from each group will advance to the Playoffs, with best-of-four matches and a best-of-eight Grand Final.
