Framework

The Esports Nations Cup recognizes 200+ countries and territories, aligned with established international multi-sport frameworks used across global competition. This approach provides a neutral, consistent, and globally understood foundation for nation-based esports. It ensures clear eligibility standards and a shared competitive framework for players, teams, and game partners — supporting fairness, integrity, and operational clarity across all ENC competitions.

Special Participation Status

In line with international sporting practice, certain national teams or players may participate under specific conditions and in alignment with established multi-sport frameworks and international best practices. These cases are assessed individually and communicated transparently to ensure consistency with ENC principles and competitive standards.

Ongoing Alignment and Eligibility Review

This framework is used as a practical reference for the first edition of the Esports Nations Cup and may be reviewed and updated over time as the event and the global esports ecosystem evolve. Participation of some countries is subject to ongoing alignment with relevant stakeholders, government officials and game partners, taking into account specific regulatory and ecosystem contexts.
